Over the course of five sessions you will be introduced to the the key yoga poses and learn to work with your breath to enhance your practice. The intention is to give you a foundation to build on and confidence to progress to our regular classes.
There are wide range of variations to poses and props we can use to help people with limitations enjoy yoga so don’t rule yourself out if you have a health condition; call for a chat.
We have everything you’ll need here but if you’d prefer to bring your own mat that’s fine too.
