Rebeca will lead the class through a yin yoga practice to release tension in the muscles and work deeply into the muscle fascia to encourage physical release and create “space” in the joints; gentle touch and some Thai assistance will be provided if you are happy to accept this.  The final thirty minutes of the workshop will introduce meditation and relaxation techniques to bring you to a state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep.

This two hour workshop is suitable for beginners, those who regularly attend a Yin class or those of you who have wondered about Yin but never tried it.
