A class for people 65y+ who have perhaps never tried yoga before, have but it was a long time ago or just want to gain or maintain flexibility.  Our maximum class size is 8 which enables the teacher to help participants find the right variation of each posture to ensure everyone gets the best from their class.

This class may also be suitable for people of any age with health conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia or MS; don’t hesitate to get in touch if there is anything we may be able to answer for you.
