Prior to my son being born in 2015, I worked for the police force in a fast paced control room. However, following a difficult pregnancy, birth and postnatal period, it became clear that the role could not offer me the flexibility I needed as a new parent.
Having experienced the amazing physical and mental benefits of yoga, I decided to retrain as a baby yoga teacher following the Birthlight method.
I am passionate about the benefits a shared yoga practice can bring to mother/baby dyad – promoting development, bonding, and relaxation through gentle sequences of movements.
All classes are child centred, so we work with you and your baby and how they feel when they join you on the mat.
I run two separate classes at present – Pre-mobile, and mobile baby classes. Babies can attend classes from 12 weeks old onwards, moving up to the mobile class at their own pace.
