Spring Retreat 2021- 30 April -3 May

A weekend of yoga and relaxation including all meals freshly prepared with the best quality ingredients available locally.

Arriving at 4pm we’ll enjoy a relaxing evening practice as our chef Nardina prepares and delicious, nourishing dinner.

There will be morning practice with Rebeca and evening Yin with Jan, each practice followed by Nardina’s freshly prepared breakfasts and dinners. There will be plenty of free time to explore the countryside around the Lodge.  It being May we’re hoping we’re able to do at least some practice in the stunning outside spaces around the house.

If your partner or a friend would like to come along and not practice with us that’s fine too or if you’re a total beginner we’d be delighted to give you your first experiences of yoga.

2 single rooms – £350                     

2 twin rooms – £300 per person                 

2 double rooms – £600

Single occupancy of a double room – £400 (please get in touch before booking this option) – £400

A £50 non-refundable deposit will secure your space,  full payment is required by 10 April.
